JEREMY SRY: Hey, guys. Welcome to In the Know Fitness. Today I'm going to show you my go-to exercises on how to sculpt those arm muscles. All you're going to need are a pair of dumbbells, a bench, and that's it. You're ready to go.

All right, guys. So the first move we have up is double bicep curls. So grabbing both of our weights, we're going to be standing straight up. Wrists pointed towards the ceiling, elbows at our side. From here, curl up.

Our next move here is Sphinx push-ups. We're going to drop into a traditional push-up position. And from here, we're going to walk our palms forward. Now we're going to drive our elbows into the ground and press back up. We're going to be doing this for four sets and 15 reps.
