14 Photographers Who Had To Deal With Such Entitled Clients, I'm Trying To Keep My Composure

Hi friends! My name is Amatullah and outside of being a writer, I'm also a photographer. Over the years, I have had to deal with A LOT of people trying to get me to shoot for them for ✨free✨

"I can't pay you but it'll be a nice addition to your portfolio!"

Many people think "all you have to do is press a button, right?" and truly believe in their little non-photographer hearts that exposure is enough. Here are 14 of those people:

1. "I don't know how to compensate your time." Um, money would be nice!

2. If only reach paid the bills.

3. You'd think as a photographer yourself, you'd know how compensating photographers work.

4. Right because all photographers want to add to their portfolio for free.

5. So you get offered a shoot...for free...and you STILL have demands? What's not clicking??

6. Not the client trying to pull an UNO reverse card on this photographer.

7. This influencer really wants to help out budding photographers looking to diversify their portfolio. So kind of her.

8. For $80, I will show up with my phone and nothing more.

9. Of course I'd have no problem traveling all over the country and only be paid $30 per project...

10. All of this for 9 pounds an hour? Sign me up!

11. It's almost as if, I don't know, photography is a skill that deserves payment?

12. "Girl you are out of your mind for trying to make a photographer copy someone else's style and pay less than their asking price! 💋 Sorry to offend!"

13. If only it were that easy.

14. And finally, this person who believes phone quality photos are perfect for a wedding. After all, it is free!
