    Despite their seven-year hiatus from selecting a player in the first round, the Los Angeles Rams have selected 11 players in the NFL draft's opening round since 2008. Out of those selections, seven were selected by current Rams general manager Les Snead and four were made by Billy Devaney. The list is actually not as bad as one would think considering the state of the Rams during their final decade in St. Louis. There are All-Pros, Pro Bowlers and a few busts.
