Zara and Mike Tindall welcome second baby
Zara and Mike Tindall have welcomed their second child, Buckingham Palace has confirmed.
The Queen's granddaughter delivered a baby girl at Stroud Maternity Unit in Gloucestershire on 18 June. The baby weighed 9lbs 3oz.
'The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Princess Royal, Captain Mark Phillips and Mike’s parents, Mr Philip and Mrs Linda Tindall, have been informed and are delighted with the news,' the Palace said in a statement.
The baby is the Queen's seventh great-grandchild and the fourth grandchild for Zara's mother, Princess Anne. There's no word on a name yet, but it will be confirmed 'in due course', the Palace added.
Zara and Mike's eldest child, Mia Grace Tindall, was born in January 2014. The couple announced they were expecting a second child in 2016, but Zara sadly suffered a miscarriage. Zara confirmed she was expecting another baby in January this year.
