Yellowstone is coming back for season 5, and Kevin Costner and Cole Hauser are having a bonding moment on social media.

Ahead of the hit Paramount Network show's fifth season premiere, Costner took to his Instagram to share a video from an earlier season. In the short clip, viewers can see his character John Dutton and Hauser's character Rip Wheeler having a quick conversation over a cup of coffee before getting ready to start a long day working on the Yellowstone ranch.

"Morning. What does the day bring us?" Rip asks his father-in-law in the scene posted on October 21. "No telling, Rip, but I know this is the best it'll be," John replies. "Well, I guess it's all coming downhill from here," Rip says before John adds, "Let's go to work."

When Hauser noticed that his Yellowstone co-star shared a moment on social media, he immediately replied to the video with an endearing message in the comments. "One of my favorite scenes with you my friend," he wrote. "A moment of peace."

Hauser may have taken the time to honor the twosome's camaraderie in his message, but he wasn't the only one who noticed Costner's most recent Instagram post. Folks quickly realized The Bodyguard actor was not only active on his account, but they reacted to the video as well.

"These two never need a lot of words. There’s an understanding between them," one fan noted on Instagram. "Rip is as loyal as it gets," another follower declared. "Let's ride!!! 🐎🤠 Can't wait to see the new season!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️," a different user added.

While Yellowstone has been notoriously quiet about what viewers could expect from season 5 (other than an official trailer), Kevin has been dropping teases here and there. When speaking to Extra about rumors of John dying in future seasons, he left the answer a bit unclear for TV-goers.

"I don’t want to die … just too much to do," he told the outlet in August. "In terms of this story, I don’t know where that’s gonna go … I haven’t really thought about it. Everybody dies, but it’s how you live."

So, will Costner and Hauser keep working with each other in the near future? We sure hope so!
