Woman injured in Baton Rouge shooting, police say
BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — The Baton Rouge Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a woman injured on Thursday, May 2.
Police said the shooting happened a little before 2 a.m. at the Young Black Bosses Production studio in the 1900 block of W. Muriel Drive.
The woman is expected to survive her injuries, BRPD said.
Multiple BRPD vehicles along with crime scene tape were spotted at the scene. Investigators were also observed at the shooting scene.
Woman accused of shooting man after luring him to Baton Rouge parking garage for sex
Detectives do not have a suspect or motive at this time. The investigation remains ongoing.
