Woman hurt in Little River-area shooting, report says

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — A woman was hurt in a shooting in the Little River area early Thursday morning, according to a police report obtained by News13.

An officer responded to McLeod Seacoast Hospital for a shooting victim that had been dropped off there, the report said. The woman, who had a gunshot wound to her shoulder and right triceps, gave limited information and did not want to pursue charges or cooperate with the investigation.

The report said the case was administratively closed.
