Wisconsin officials find child unresponsive in hotel pool
PEWAUKEE, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Wisconsin say one child was taken to the hospital after being found unresponsive in a hotel pool.
According to a release from the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department, the Waukesha County Communications Center was notified on March 8, 2024, at 5:21 p.m. that a 6-year-old girl was found responsive in the pool at the Wildwood Lodge in Pewaukee.
Green Bay Police Department: Section of Green Bay to be without power for about five hours
Deputies say CPR was administered on arrival and the 6-year-old was then taken to a local hospital by the City of Pewaukee Fire Department.
At this time, no other information is available and an investigation into the incident is ongoing by the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department.
