MADISON, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – The Wisconsin Supreme Court says it will not clarify what Legislative Boundary Districts should be used for a potential recall election targeting Assembly Speaker Robin Vos. The effort to recall Vos does not seem to have gathered enough signatures to force an election. Despite this, the Wisconsin Elections Commission asked the Supreme Court to clarify what maps should be used for any recall or special elections taking place before the November Election.

In response to the request, the court says, quote, “We decline to further clarify or amend the opinion and order.”
