Wegmans to close select stores for 30 minutes during the total eclipse
ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Wegmans announced Thursday that it would be closing certain stores for 30 minutes during the total eclipse on April 8.
Wegmans said it will be shutting down 48 stores in upstate New York and in Erie, PA from 3:00 to 3:30 p.m. to give employees the opportunity to view the eclipse. During that time, the chain said all services, including pharmacy and Meals2Go pickup, will be unavailable.
