Watch: Record rainfall floods Dubai
Dramatic footage from Dubai shows the typically arid desert city waterlogged as heavy rainfall pushes its infrastructure to the brink. Some areas reported more than 10 inches of rain in less than 24 hours — the most since the United Arab Emirates began keeping records in 1949.
