How to watch, bet UNC, N.C. State, Duke men’s and women’s basketball in NCAA tournaments

Starting Tuesday and rolling through to Monday, television stations all over the channel guide will be airing college basketball games as part of the men’s and women’s NCAA Tournaments.

From well-known channels like ESPN and local CBS affiliates, to lesser-known ones, like TruTV, they will be filling TV screens as people across the country place bets and track bracket prediction accuracy.

In North Carolina’s Triangle region, the maximum number of ACC teams are included in both brackets after N.C. State’s stunning men’s basketball run from No. 10 seed to ACC Tournament champion and automatic NCAA berth landed it in the field.

At N.C. State, Duke and North Carolina, both the men’s and women’s teams are in their respective NCAA tournaments. In addition, a First Four men’s tournament game involving Wagner and Howard on Tuesday will send the winner to face North Carolina on Thursday in Charlotte.
