Warren man pleads guilty to third-degree narcotics sales

Apr. 5—POLK COUNTY, Minn. — A Warren, Minnesota, man pleaded guilty to third-degree narcotics sales on Thursday, April 4.

Michael John Slusar, 45, also pleaded guilty to gross misdemeanor second-degree driving while impaired by a controlled substance.

The felony drug sales charge has a maximum 20-year sentence.

Slusar was apprehended in October. He was on conditional release at the time, so law enforcement was permitted to search his residence,

where officers located items

suspected to be used to sell drugs, according to court documents.

Slusar's sentencing is scheduled for 9 a.m. on June 6.
