FORECAST DISCUSSION:
Happy Monday!
After a beautiful end to the weekend in Central Ohio, the nice weather stretch continues into today. We will be warmer, with highs topping out near 80 this afternoon. We’ll see lots of sunshine throughout the day, with clouds slowly building later this afternoon and evening. That’s out ahead of our next system, which arrives overnight.
Expect spotty showers and rumbles early Tuesday morning, and through the morning drive. We’ll then see some clearing from mid-morning through early afternoon, before another wave of rain and storms arrives during the mid-afternoon and evening. Highs fall back to the lower 70s.
Scattered, lighter showers linger through the first half of Wednesday, then we’ll see gradual clearing. Expect highs to stick in the lower 70s.
Thursday will be nice, with highs in the upper 70s, under mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies.
Showers and storms then return Friday, but clear up early Saturday morning, making for what looks to be a mainly dry weekend.
