TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Surveillance video shows the moment a Molotov cocktail is thrown into a Florida barbershop, sending the business up in flames.

On March 22, the Hialeah Fire Department responded to an overnight fire at Fresh Parras Barbershop, within the plaza located on West 1st Avenue and 49th Street.

NBC affiliate WTVJ reported that Miguel Reyes Jr., 38, and Alberto Gonzalez, 56, set the fire which resulted in nearly $100,000 in damages.

The footage showed Reyes using a pipe wrench to break the glass door before Gonzalez threw two Molotv cocktails into the business.

WTVJ said the pair ran off and fled in a vehicle before the business erupted in flames.

Officials said the business was completely destroyed, but thankfully didn’t spread to other nearby shops. No one was reported injured.

“We feel awful. We’re all basically out of a job,” a presumed employee told NBC6. “Now, I suppose little by little we’ll get back on our feet. We’ll be alright.”
