Newsome High School graduate Faith Brown got a big surprise during her graduation ceremony on Wednesday.

Video shared by the Hillsborough County Public Schools on X, formerly known as Twitter, showed the moment Faith was surprised by her older sister, Abbigail Brown, who has been serving the Navy in Virginia for over a year.
“Oh my gosh. I cannot believe this right now,” Faith can be heard saying in the video.
“Seeing my sister, I mean, that was such a big moment too,” Faith said. “This is a big day and having her be able to experience it with me was just amazing, so I’m glad she was able to be here.”
“I get to see her take that next step in life,” Abbigail said. “So for me, that’s huge.”
