VFW post scholarship, tribute dinner set for April 27

GAYLORD — The Ralph Holewinski VFW Post 1518 in Gaylord will present the organization's 10th annual Scholarship Awards and Veteran’s Tribute Dinner at 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 27 at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 2573 Wilkinson Road.

The evening includes a buffet dinner, scholarship presentations, acknowledging the Patriot Pen and Voice of Democracy students, honoring families of 2023 departed Veterans, recognizing local recruiters and new military recruits, and paying honor to all veterans.

The public is invited to attend. Doors will open at 5:45 p.m. with the buffet at 6:30 p.m. and the program to follow. Tickets are $20 per person and $15 for children 10 and under. Please call Mary Kay LeBourdais, VFW Post 1518 Auxiliary, at 989-732-0730 for reservations and information.
