Veteran service center opening in LaGrange on Saturday, April 27

LaGRANGE, Ga. (WRBL) — A service center for veterans is opening up nearby on Saturday.

Discovering Soldiers Potential The Second Time Around (DSPII) – Waypoint will launch its full-service veteran service center in LaGrange on Saturday, April 27 at 2573 Hamilton Road.

The opening ceremony is at 10 a.m. that day. DSPII CEO and president Sandra Brownlee along with others will speak at the event.

Some local military members will be honored. Festivities include a guided tour, a community barbecue and other family activities.

The center plans to offer services such as case management, employment and education resources, behavioral health treatment, legal and financial counseling and more.
