Verizon hosts event offering Salt Lake City job seekers free headshots
SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — It’s graduation season, and one company is getting involved by offering college graduates and job seekers free headshots on Tuesday.
On Tuesday, April 16, the Verizon store on 2274 S 1300 E in Salt Lake City is opening its doors to anyone in need of a new professional photo. There will be a professional photographer at the store from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Verizon said the photos can be used on resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and other marketing materials.
If you are not able to make it to the event, there are other ways to get a free headshot, especially as a student. Universities often host events and networking activities where students can get a headshot picture taken or have resources at the career center on campus.
