Vehicle vs. pedestrian crash south of Topeka

TOPEKA (KSNT) – The Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office responded to reports of a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash Friday morning.

At 5:08 a.m., deputies responded to reports of a crash at Southwest Topeka Boulevard and Southwest Gary Ormsby Drive.

Deputies found a black 2015 Buick Encore had hit a 36-year-old woman. The woman was taken to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
