The press release outlined the contents of the package as follows:

Precision-guided aerial munitions
Small arms, additional small arms ammunition, and grenades

Helmets, body armor, and other protective gear
Spare parts, maintenance, and other support equipment
The DoD added that the package is aimed at helping Ukraine counter Russia’s Kharkiv offensive.
“This PDA [Presidential Drawdown Authority] package, which is part of our efforts to help Ukraine repel Russia's assault near Kharkiv…; it will provide Ukraine additional capabilities to meet its most urgent battlefield needs…,” the message said.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the U.S. aid package includes "crucially needed long-range missiles."
“This package is critically important right now, as the enemy has intensified attacks along the frontline,” the president said.
“Today in Kharkiv, I saw firsthand how vital it is to strengthen our warriors to protect our people, cities, and communities.”
