  • HAGERSTOWN — Weather permitting, beginning on Monday, April 15, work crews will install surface pavement on sections of Elgin Boulevard and South Burhans Boulevard. One lane will be kept open to traffic. Flagmen will direct motorists through the work zone. Traffic congestion and delays are likely, so motorists should consider alternate routes to avoid the work area. The work will continue until the end of the day on Wednesday, April 17.   • SHARPSBURG — Mount Lock Hill Road will be closed to through traffic Monday, April 15, from 7:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. for work at the intersection of Harpers Ferry Road.   • INWOOD, W.Va. — Henshaw Road, County Route 51/5, in Berkeley County, will be closed at the Mill Creek Overpass Bridge on Tuesday, April 16, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., to allow for bridge inspection operations.   • MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — There will be a new traffic pattern on Warm Springs Avenue, County Route 11/24, at the intersection with Mid-Atlantic Parkway, County Route 11/27, in Berkeley County, beginning Thursday, April 18, at 7 a.m., to improve the safety and operations at the intersection. Northbound traffic on Warm Springs Avenue will be required to turn left onto Lutz Avenue to access Edwin Miller Boulevard as northbound traffic will be limited to right turns only at Mid-Atlantic Parkway. The intersection of Warm Springs Avenue and Lutz Avenue will be changed to an all-way stop. The new traffic pattern will remain permanent. Motorists should allow extra time to travel through the area. Exact schedule is weather dependent.
