Two men dead, 3 women hurt in Bronx BMW X4 crash: NYPD

Two men were killed and three women were hospitalized following a blistering Bronx car crash that sent one of the vehicles hurtling into a subway station pillar early Saturday, police said.

The three women were in a Nissan Rogue about to make a left from East Fordham Road onto Jerome Ave. at 4:13 a.m. when a BMW X4 rammed into them, cops said.

The 21-year-old man driving the BMW lost control of the luxury car, which kept on going and slammed into a pillar for the elevated Fordham Road No. 4 train station, cops said.

The BMW driver and his 20-year-old passenger both died at the scene, cops said. Their names were not immediately disclosed as cops track down family members.

The three women in the Nissan Rogue, who were between 26 and 36 years old, were rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital. Their injuries were not believed to be life threatening, police said.

Cops were investigating the cause of the crash Saturday.
