Two cars, semi involved in crash in NW Oklahoma City
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – Emergency crews responded to an accident involving two cars and a semi Thursday morning.
According to officials, the accident happened near Hefner Rd and Meridian Ave. around 6 a.m. One woman was critically injured in the wreck and has been taken to a nearby hospital. No other injuries have been reported.
“Just prior to six o’clock, officers got a call of a multiple vehicle accident,” said Capt. Benjamin Weir with OKCPD. “The adult female that was in the car had to be manually removed from the vehicle. She’s now in critical condition being transported to a local hospital.”
The roadway has since reopened.
