Troy man accused of conspiring to commit 2020 murder

TROY, Ala (WDHN) –A Troy man was arrested after a Pike County Jury indicted him on charges of conspiracy to commit murder.

Tedarius Damont Sistrunk was indicted on Friday, April 26.

According to the indictment, in August 2020, Sistrunk caused the death of an unidentified victim by conspiring or paying a bounty or fee to an accomplice.

The victim was shot to death.

Sistrunk was arrested on the same day as his indictment and booked into the Pike County Jail. He is being held on no bond.
