Trinity High School principal walks 100 miles, raises over $60K for music room

CAMP HILL, Pa. (WHTM) – Last week we shared the story of Trinity High School Principal John Cominsky who was raising money for a new school music room.

Over the weekend, Cominsky walked 100 miles on the school grounds as part of the fundraiser.

Cominsky raised over $60,000 for the new music room, more than his $50,000 goal. Donations are still coming in and being counted.

“The Shamrock 100 has really just brought so many kinds of different students together we never thought that we would’ve gotten this many applicants,” said Sophia, a co-ambassador of the Shamrock 100 student committee ahead of the event.

This was Cominsky’s second Shamrock 100.
