Isolated strong storms are expected Saturday afternoon and evening before drier weather moves Sunday afternoon and heading into next week. Along with the drier weather, we are expecting a drop in humidity to start next week.

As for tonight and Saturday, scattered showers are expected this evening along with cloudy skies as temperatures drift down towards the mid-60s. While an isolated thunderstorm is possible, do not expect any severe weather tonight with the showers moving out overnight.

After a mostly cloudy and dry Saturday morning, scattered thunderstorms are expected during the afternoon and evening hours along with highs in the upper 70s. Severe thunderstorms are possible with the main concern being strong and damaging winds along with hail.

Showers are possible on Sunday morning before drier conditions move in for the afternoon and evening hours. Temperatures will be a little bit on the cooler side with highs in the low 70s. Heading into next week temperatures will rebound back into the low 80s, but the humidity will stay on the muted side making for a pleasant Monday and Tuesday.

In the meantime, make sure you have the rain gear nearby for the next couple of days.
