Annie Williams said her son, Levi, had “a smile and laugh that would light up a whole room.”

“He was never not smiling,” said Williams. “He would laugh for hours over the cutest smallest little things.”

She said her son loved to sing and count and was always eating popcorn.

“He was autistic and would run from us constantly. It was such a struggle trying to keep him contained and I let my guard up for 5 seconds or maybe 5 minutes and he was gone,” said Williams.

Williams said she gave everything she had to take care of her baby.

“Every minute of every day I was there for him, except those few,” said Williams. “Our lives will not be the same without him.”

She described his sister as his “little mama” who was always looking out for him.

“She isn’t going to know what to do without her brother,” said Williams.
