Three Va Tech men’s basketball players enter the transfer portal

Blacksburg, VA — There is more bad news out of Virginia Tech tonight the Hokies have lost all five starters and two reserves to graduation and the portal.
Starting with leading scorer Sean Pedulla, the 6-foot-1 junior from Edmond, Oklahoma, averaged 16.4 points per game, 4.6 assists, and 4.3 rebounds per game in 2023-24 has entered the portal.
Joining him is center Lynn Kidd, who began his college career at Clemson before coming to Blacksburg and averaging 13.2 points and 6.5 rebounds a game and became a scoring threat inside for head coach Mike Young.
And finally, sophomore wing MJ Collins of Virginia Tech has entered the transfer portal after averaging 7.4 points and 2.8 rebounds per game this season.
This also comes the day after women’s coach Kenny Brooks left Virginia Tech to take over the same position at Kentucky.
