Two women and a 70-year-old man were injured in Russian shelling of Krasnohorivka

Two women, aged 57 and 64, and a 70-year-old man were injured in two Russian shelling attacks on the same neighborhood in the frontline town of Krasnohorivka, Donetsk Oblast, the regional prosecutor's office reported on March 24.

Two women were injured in the first attack, which took place at about 09:30 EET. A man was injured in the second shelling of the same area an hour later. The victims were hospitalized with abrasions, shrapnel wounds and contusions.

Krasnohorivka is under constant shelling by the Russian army, which is trying to breakthrough Ukrainian defenses with the help of air support. On March 5, a 72-year-old man was killed in an artillery attack on the town.
