Three arrested after officers raid drugs, AK-47 at Dothan home

DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) — Three men are behind bars on drug charges after a raid at a Dothan home.

According to Dothan Police, over several weeks, DPD VICE/Narcotics Officers were investigating an illegal drug operation at a home in the 900 block of Sixth Avenue, which included selling mushrooms, cocaine, and marijuana.

Police say on Friday, May 17, investigators raided the home and seized 1 ½ pounds of marijuana, 5.7 ounces of Psilocybin mushrooms, 3 grams of cocaine, 8 Adderall pills, 2 Ecstasy pills, three firearms, which included an AK-47 rifle, and money counter along with $3,400.

After the raid, Jaquez McCraney (32), Desmond Williams (29), and Efosa Willis (25) were arrested.

Williams and Willis are charged with possession of marijuana in the first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

McCraney is charged with possession of marijuana and four counts of possession of a controlled substance. Gun charges are pending for McCraney.
