Tennessee soldier accused of selling military secrets to China: Read the full indictment

A U.S. Army officer was arrested Thursday before a 25-page indictment accusing him of selling American military secrets to China was unsealed that afternoon.

Sgt. Korbein Schultz, a 24-year-old Army intelligence analyst at Fort Campbell, was indicted on six charges and accused of giving a Chinese co-conspirator information about U.S. advanced fighter aircraft, advanced military helicopters, missiles and rocket systems. In return, he received $42,000, according to the indictment.

The indictment describes what prosecutors say motivated Schultz to disclose the information, including an interest in high-end cars and a desire to emulate Jason Bourne.
