BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Strong, gusty northwest winds are expected in the Mojave Desert Slopes today and Tuesday. There is an 81 percent chance of wind gusts of 45 mph or higher in Mojave this morning.

A warming trend is anticipated today through Sunday. By Sunday afternoon, high temperatures across Central California will be around ten degrees above normal for this time of year.
