Teen charged following death of 70-year-old man
A 15-year-old boy has been charged in connection with the death of a man on a Glasgow street.
Police were called to the Victoria Road area of the city's south side at 23:55 on Friday after reports of a serious assault.
A 70-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene and a teenager was arrested.
He will appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday.
Det Insp Alan Ferguson said: "At this time, our thoughts remain with the deceased's family and friends, as they come to terms with their tragic loss.
"I would like to thank the local community for their assistance with our inquiries."
