HENRY COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — A Henry County woman was taken into custody last week as a result of an investigation by special agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s (TBI) Medicaid Fraud Control Division.

Over the course of the case, authorities learned that Sherry Pritchett, while working at her clinic in Paris known as Professional Counseling and Medical Associates, as well as Professional Counseling Services of Tennessee, allegedly billed TennCare between September 2017 and January 2020 for services that were not provided. In addition, Pritchett is accused of billing TennCare for more expensive procedures than what was provided to patients.

According to officials, 62-year-old Pritchett was arrested on Friday, March 15 and booked into the Henry County Jail for one count of TennCare fraud.
