Tampa restaurant named one of the best brunch spots in America

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A Tampa restaurant was named one of the best brunch spots in America.

Toast, a restaurant management software company, said the most important elements diners look for in a brunch restaurant are the ambiance and setting, the drink menu and the food. Toast said the best restaurants meet those three requirements but often go over the top or add a special twist to their menus.

According to Toast, one of those restaurants is the Oxford Exchange. The restaurant, located at 420 West Kennedy Boulevard, came in at No. 19 on the list of the best brunch restaurants in the United States.

Toast highlighted the Oxford Exchange’s menu which features “brunch classics such as stone ground grits, eggs benedict, and steak and eggs.”

The Oxford Exchange offers weekday breakfast and lunch, weekend brunch and afternoon tea.

Miami’s Phuc Yea, a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant, also made the list. It was ranked at No. 5.
