Suspect photos released in Thornton aggravated robbery, false imprisonment case

DENVER (KDVR) — On Friday, the Thornton Police Department released photographs and additional information in an aggravated robbery and false imprisonment case from April 3.

According to the agency, a man used a knife to rob two businesses near the area of East 102nd Avenue and Grant Street between 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. on April 3. During one of the incidents, multiple people were briefly held against their will. After the robberies, the suspect fled in a gray Volvo.

The department released photos of the suspect and the suspect vehicle, plus a picture of the man driving the car on April 16.

The car is described as a gray Volvo S60 with New Mexico license plates reading LXK 307.
