Sunny and warm today

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — High pressure will control the weather on Sunday. We will have mostly sunny skies through the morning, a few clouds move in, during the afternoon as we have an onshore flow develop. Temperatures will be in the low to mid 70s along the coast. Low 80s will be the high for the Pee Dee. Monday we will see another nice day across the area. Mostly sunny skies will continue. Highs in the Pee Dee will be in the low 80s. Mid to Upper 70s across the Grand Strand. A sea breeze will kick in mid afternoon. Cooling temperatures off into the afternoon and evening.

Tuesday, and upper level disturbance will pass across the area. This will bring some extra clouds into the area. A few areas could see an isolated shower, but most of us should remain dry. Highs on Tuesday will be in the upper 70s along the coast, mid 80s inland.

Wednesday through the rest of the week. Mainly to partly sunny skies each day. Temperatures will rise to near 80 across the Grand Strand. Areas in the Pee Dee will be in the mid to upper 80s. It is possible that we could see a few locations reach 90 degrees in the Pee Dee.
