3 QUESTIONS
...about last-minute Mother’s Day gifts
Mother’s Day is coming up on Sunday. If you still need to buy a gift, Anthony talked to our resident gifting expert Amanda Garrity about what to get.
Anthony: What gifts do I need to order today if I want them to arrive in time for Mother’s Day?
Amanda: You’ll want to snag last-minute Amazon and Walmart faves, like small electronics and jewelry, since they could sell out. And order her flowers while you’re at it!
Anthony: Speaking of flowers, where can I order them now?
Amanda: I can tell you that 1-800-Flowers and Teleflora offer same-day delivery depending on where you live. Keep in mind that many flower delivery services won’t deliver on Mother’s Day itself!
Anthony: What gift can I pick up at a local retailer on my way to brunch with my mom?
Amanda: I always say a handwritten card goes a long way. Pair it with a few face masks or her go-to snacks for an easy (yet thoughtful) self-care gift.
