Storm system bringing damaging winds, possible hail to central Ohio Wednesday, NWS says

The skies darken over Columbus.

Or rather, they likely will Wednesday night when the National Weather Service predicts more storms will sweep through central Ohio.

There's a low risk of hazardous weather on for the remainder of Tuesday. The weather system began making its way across the central Midwest Monday and Tuesday, bringing with it severe storms and extreme winds, and the potential for tornadoes.

Multiple rounds of showers and storms are "likely" Wednesday night across central Ohio, and they may be strong or severe, bringing damaging winds, large hail and copious rainfall, according to NWS Wilmington.
