Here is Stanislaus District fans’ pick for The Bee’s Girls Prep of the Week

Turlock track and field athlete Olivia Walker made sure her final Central California Athletic League Championships was one to remember.

A Cal State Fullerton signee, Walker took home titles in four events, finishing first in the 400 and high jump individually and running as part of the Bulldogs’ 4x100 and 4x400 teams.

In the 4x100, she ran with fellow seniors Shaylan Roy-Williams and Evelyn Ladine and junior Angel Trefry Bet George, finishing in 48.23. In the 4x400, she and Roy-Williams ran with Ava Torres and Zoe Lamur finishing in 4:04.30.

The fans noticed her performance, voting her The Bee’s Girls Prep of the Week.

Walker came in first, collecting 56% of the votes in the weekly poll. She finished ahead of Pitman softball player Rylee Reeves and Turlock track and field athlete Angel Trefry Bet George who were second and third, respectively.
