St. Landry Parish schools closed on Thursday

ST. LANDRY PARISH, La. (KLFY) – Schools around St. Landry Parish are closed on Thursday.

According to the St. Landry Parish School Board, extensive damage caused by the recent storms have prompted officials to school schools parish wide on Thursday, April 11.

Storm knocks out power to thousands in southwest Louisiana

All 12-month employees are asked to report to their respective schools when they are able to do so safely.
