Spirit Employee and Passenger Have Heated Exchange at Fort Lauderdale Airport

A Spirit Airlines employee had a tense encounter with a passenger at an airport in Florida on April 9.

Footage captured and posted to TikTok by Christian Duque shows an airline employee exchanging words with a passenger at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The encounter ends with the employee saying, “F*** you, too,” to the passenger, then walking off.

“I was flying back from Fort Lauderdale to Louisville when I noticed a Spirit Airlines employee walk alongside the edge of the crowd of the passenger section lining up to pass security checkpoints. The employee had some words for a blonde passenger. The employee accused the passenger of having a filthy mouth and a terrible attitude,” Duque wrote on his blog Sightssoundsflavors.

“The passenger ignored her and the employee seemed somewhat defeated. A few moments later, I noticed that that same employee returned and walked into the crowd of passengers. She got in the blonde passenger’s personal space and looked incensed. At this point I started recording,” he continued.

Once the interaction was over, Duque asked the blonde passenger for her thoughts and she shrugged.
