Southbound Highway 17 Bypass traffic slowed by response to medical incident, authorities say

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — Southbound traffic on Highway 17 Bypass was slowed Tuesday afternoon because of a medical incident near South Strand Drive and Coventry Road, according to Horry County Fire Rescue.
Several fire and police vehicles responded to the area shortly after 2 p.m., according to a South Carolina Department of Transportation traffic camera.
