A lottery player in Somerset County hit the Jersey Cash 5 jackpot on Thursday, splitting the $100,000 prize with a Burlington County player.

One ticket sold at Krauszers in Hillsborough, 435 Amwell Road, matched all five numbers to win the $50,000 prize, according to the New Jersey Lottery.

The other $50,000 winning ticket was sold in Burlington County at Acme #3961 in Bordentown, 260 Dunns Mills Road.

The Jersey Cash 5 numbers drawn on Thursday, May 16, were: 05, 13, 14, 22 and 33 and the XTRA number was: 04.

The retailers will receive a bonus check for $2,000 for each winning ticket sold.

Jersey Cash 5 is a daily lottery draw game from the New Jersey Lottery. Players pick five numbers between one and 45 and can add the Xtra for a chance to increase non-jackpot prizes by up to five times. Drawings are held seven days a week at 10:57 p.m.
