This Sled Dog Puppycam Is Exactly What You Need Today

From House Beautiful

We're about to bring puppy love up a notch.

The Historic Park Kennels in Denali, Alaska has set up an annual webcam that let's viewers from all over the world watch the early, day-to-day lives of sled puppies. This is basically puppy reality T.V., folks - but with a lot of cuteness and no drama.

The huskies (Happy, Party, Piñata, Cupcake, and Hundo) we're watching now were born in July, so they are still small pups, which explains why you won't see them bouncing all over the place. (At times, you might not see them on the screen because they are off in the corner sleeping.) But, they'll get there. And the best part is that we get to watch them grow. And snuggle each other. And dance around their food bowl at dinnertime. And run after their mom.

In a short while, these puppies will be strong, sled-ready canine rangers - which means that we have to savor this early stage for as long as we can. So yes, it's perfectly acceptable to hug and kiss them - even from afar.
