The Sims 4's next expansion is coming this summer
The Sims 4 has confirmed that the next Expansion Pack will launch this summer.
A brand-new roadmap was shared by the team on social media with a "season of love" theme and a "Make your move!" tagline.
The roadmap offered cryptic clues about the expansion, describing the pack as "flirtatious" and featuring a line saying: "Made waves but we WooHoo'd anyway."

The artwork shows what looks like a town square with a large fountain in the middle.
At the very least, it seems this will be an expansion that will offer new gameplay for romances.
That wasn't the only content teased in the roadmap.
Two "destination" Kits were confirmed, accompanied by the cryptic line, "A little nectar led to a provocative plunge", and artwork showing a small eatery and a pool.
A recent unconfirmed leak suggested one will be themed around the dining room and one around pool outdoor furniture – which does appear to line up with the clues in the roadmap teaser.
Lastly, Simmers can expect two "stylish" free updates.
"Polished my look for a sultry splash," reads the cryptic line alongside artwork with silhouettes of a hairstyle and a hand.

That's not the only news about The Sims 4 from this week.
PC and Mac Simmers can download the Blooming Rooms Kit for free via the EA App for a limited time. The Blooming Rooms Kit, which launched in late 2021, is ideal for players who are looking for more greenery options to fill their lots.
All Simmers, including PlayStation and Xbox players, can also download a summer-themed base game update that refreshes swimsuits in the game.
Fittingly as we approach the summer, there are new swimsuit options that work with Sims of different life stages and sizes.
A few other base game tops (including the tankini and wrap top) have new colours as well.
So far in 2024, we have had one Stuff Pack and four Kits in addition to free base game updates. For Rent, released in December 2023, was the last full expansion.
The Sims 4 is available on PC, Mac, PlayStation, and Xbox.
