Silver Alert issued for missing at-risk woman

(BCN) — California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert on Wednesday for a missing Antioch woman.

Ruthie Lindsey, 73, was last seen on East 18th Street and Holub Lane in Antioch on Wednesday morning at about 9 a.m., according to CHP.

Lindsey is a Black woman, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 115 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black trench coat, black jeans and white shoes. She is believed to be on foot.

Anyone who sees Lindsey should please call 911 immediately.
