Severe storms tonight into the overnight hours

What we’re Tracking

  • Strong storms Saturday night

  • Scattered storms Sunday

  • Comfortable temperatures

Although most of the daytime has been to remain quiet, we expect a round of storms to develop late tonight to our southwest and move our way after sunset and linger into early Sunday.

The storms that move in will be strong to severe. All modes of severe weather are possible. A strong tornado cannot be ruled on any storm that remains isolated. Later in the night storms look to line out and transition to more a damaging wind threat. Wind gusts 75+ mph are possible. Make sure to stay weather aware this evening and have multiple ways to receive warnings.

Sunshine should return for Sunday afternoon with highs in the lower 80s. High temperatures should start to warm back into the 80s Memorial Day itself. So, the holiday is looking warm and dry.
