Living with Secret Service protection might seem like a perk (or a nuisance) limited to the top elected officials, but at Trump Tower it's being advertised as the hottest new "amenity" for residents.

In the week following Donald Trump's presidential election, Douglas Elliman sent out an e-mail promoting its listing of a $2.1 million, 1,052-square-foot condominium in the tower at 721 Fifth Avenue with the subject line ""Fifth Avenue Buyers Interested in Secret Service Protection?", according to Politico.

"The New Aminity [sic] – The United States Secret Service," read the body of the e-mail, which called the listing "The Best Value in the Most Secure Building in Manhattan."

The apartment, 31H, is the least expensive unit of the 16 currently available for sale, according to StreetEasy (there are an additional 16 available for rent). This one hit the market on October 25 and was last sold for $1.275 million in 2005.
